Beginner I- Participants learn skills on the four traditional gymnastics events, including vault, bars, beam, and floor in a controlled environment. Children who have never been in a gymnastics class before should enroll in Beginner I.

Beginner II- This class is for participants that have previously taken gymnastics and already have a very basic foundation. Participants learn skills on the four traditional gymnastics events, including vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Intermediate
Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2

Intermediate I- This class is for participants that have mastered the skills developed in Beginner 1 and 2 and have achieved the necessary strength and flexibility to train more difficult skills. Participants must first receive an evaluation to register for this class.

Intermediate II- This class is designed for students that have completed a year of Intermediate I or who have the necessary prerequisite skills to train Intermediate skills from a more advanced starting point. Participants must first receive an evaluation to register for this class.
